Heat Pump

Heat Pump

Florida winters rarely get cold enough to need a furnace, and that is exactly why heat pumps make sense here. One system handles both heating and cooling, pulling warmth from the outside air in winter and reversing the process to cool your home in summer. In Lake Mary and across Central Florida, that usually means lower utility bills for most of the year and one less system to maintain. Heat pumps do lose some efficiency once outdoor temperatures drop into the 30s. Our winters just do not spend much time there. Air & Aero installs and services heat pumps built for this climate, not the colder regions where the tradeoffs work differently. If your current system is aging out, a heat pump is worth a real look before you default to a straight AC replacement.
